Overlay Silver Ring Workshop

Option 1: Straight Band:

Plus $20 Material/kit fee payable in cash to the instructor on the first day of class. Additional materials may also be available from the instructor.

Option 2: Straight Band w/Raised Edges:

Plus $35 Material/kit fee payable in cash to the instructor on the first day of class. Additional materials may also be available from the instructor.

In this workshop, students will be taught the basics of making an overlay ring, using their own design and work directly with sterling silver sheets. The overlay technique is simple to learn and can lead to many creative possibilities for use in later jewelry pieces. Learn the tips and tricks to be able to execute a high-quality piece of jewelry with this basic technique.  Please read full Description below.

Prerequisites: All students must be at least 18 years old. Open to all metalworking skill levels.
