Information Request Manager

This is a fairly easy but critical position that can be done by anyone with a desktop or laptop computer and access to the Internet.  
We receive general inquires, comments, requests and vendor information to the generic email account.  This account also receives any voicemail messages as a file attachment that have arrived via our phone system.


  • Read the incoming messages (and listen to voice mail’s, if any) at least once daily and forward them on to others as needed. 
  • Respond directly to general information requests.  
  • Archive valid email’s to an appropriate folder in the system.  
  • Read emails online via any browser and our Web Email interface.   

    Note: Assistance and guidance is provided by the Communications Chair and you will be learning from the retiring Info Request Manager. You do not have to live in Bellingham to do this role.
