Refunds can only be approved by the BMAG Treasurer per our Terms & Conditions. The Education Committee can only request one be considered.
If you have already placed an order and have the number, this helps us.
You would have created one when your did your first order.
Note: We do not know your password, nor will we ever ask for it. If you have lost it, we can however help you get a new one.
